Geng is the founder of Beijing Huang Ji Huang Restaurant Management Co., Ltd., which is a restaurant chain engaged in restaurant franchise and catering research and other areas. The brand, Huang Ji huang three-source simmer pot, has experienced rapid development of the market since it been launched in 2004. Currently it has more than 600 stores, which is expected to exceed 1,000, covering more than 200 cities of provinces and autonomous regions, including Tibet. It has successfully entered the overseas market as well. More than 10 stores has been opened in Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, the United States, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries.
