Ray Chen was born in China and lived in Canada after elementary school. He holds a bachelor’s degree of Electrical and Computer Engineering and is pursuing his MBA degree at Harvard Business School. Ray was the head of Motorola China Business Development and New Channel Sales. He also worked at McKinsey & Company and World Food Programme as a consultant. He holds a strong interest of solving social problems by applying innovative business models. With UNDP China, he initiated the “UNDP Young Professional Leadership” program, focusing on raising social awareness among promising young enterprise leaders, and engaging leading corporates to join efforts on sustainability issues.
