邢文宁，现任赫斯特集团中国董事总经理。全权负责集团中国业务，包括国际杂志及数字媒体品牌如ELLE、芭莎、Cosmopolitan；国际信用评级机构惠誉以及涵盖医疗、出行的赫斯特数据；全球娱乐及内容品牌ESPN、A&E电视网、VICE；赫斯特资本以及与 IDG、 福克斯合作的风投基金,投资项目包括传奇影业、印象创新、哔哩哔哩、流利说、酷家乐等。在邢文宁多年的运作和布局下，中国现已成长为赫斯特全球最重要的海外市场之一。 加盟赫斯特集团之前,邢文宁曾任人民日报社下属集团首席战略官，Fremantle Media中国创始人暨首席代表,贝塔斯曼中国执行董事。此前,他曾先后供职于中国中央电视台与时代华纳集团。 同时,邢文宁被委任为时尚集团董事及寺库（NASDAQ:SECO）独立董事，应邀成为世界青年总裁组织YPO大中华区成员；由于多年深厚的行业经验，他被邀请为艾美奖国际评委，并当选为国际电视艺术与科学学院院士。他曾多次被国内外知名媒体报道，2012 年纽约时报称之为“中国传媒企业家”。邢文宁毕业于哈佛大学和哥伦比亚大学。
Wenning Xing currently serves as the China Managing Director of Hearst, whose operations include international magazine and digital media brands such as ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan; global leader in financial information services Fitch; worldwide entertainment and content brands ESPN, A&E Networks, VICE; Hearst Ventures and an investment fund together with IDG and FOX. Under his tenure, Hearst participated in investments such as Legendary Pictures, Impression Creative, Bilibili, Liulishuo and Kujiale. Wenning is also in charge of handling government and public relations, strategic business development, and mergers & acquisitions. Before joining Hearst, Wenning served as Chief Strategy Officer of a billion RMB People’s Daily subsidiary; Founder and Chief Representative of Fremantle Media China; Executive Director of Bertelsmann China; and held key posts at Time Warner and China Central Television (CCTV). Wenning currently serves on the board of Trends Group, and as an independent director of Secoo (NASDAQ: SECO). He is a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and serves as a juror for the International Emmy Awards. He is also a member of YPO Greater China. Wenning has been featured in a number of high-profile news articles, including the NY Times in 2012. Wenning is a graduate of Harvard University and Columbia university.
