杨壮教授是北京大学国家发展研究院管理学教授、北京大学国家发展研究院 BiMBA 商学院联席院长。美国哥伦比亚大学社会学硕士及工商管理博士;美国普林斯顿大学公共事务与国际关系学院硕士(MPA);中国社会科学院研究生院硕士;北京大学英语语言文学学士。

 

在过去的 20 年中,杨壮博士为北大国发院 BiMBA 商学院的学生讲授管理学基础和组织行为学、自我认知与领导力提升、全球及跨文化领导力等课程,教学及研究领域涉及国际化领导力、组织管理、企业创新、自我认知、人力资源管理、企业文化与组织核心竞争力。杨壮博士多年研究美国、日本、德国与中国企业的管理、组织、文化、领导力,教学研究涉及跨国公司在中国的战略及中国企业海外国际化的机遇与挑战。已在国内外重要管理杂志上发表十多篇学术论文;出版了《管理未名之道》、《做一个有影响力的人》、《锻造领导力》等著作,翻译了《将帅之道——世界 500 强企业领导力教程》、《魂商》、《量子领导者》等书籍。杨壮博士还在微信平台和主要商务期刊上开创了跨文化领导力专栏。

Prof. John Zhuang yang is Dean, BiMBA at National School of Development, Peking University; Professor of Management, National School of Development (NSD), Peking University.

 

Dr. Yang received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Columbia University, New York in 1991, majoring in management. He got his M.A. in Sociology from the same institution in 1985. He was also granted an MPA degree in International and Public Affairs from The Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs of Princeton University in 1984. He got his BA degree from the English Department of Peking University, China.

 

Dr. Yang’s main teaching and research interests involve Fundamentals of Management, Human Resource Management, Comparative and global Management, MNC strategies in China, Self-Awareness and Global Leadership. He has published over dozens of articles on global leadership and HRM practices on leading management journals and magazines in the
U.S. and in China. He has published several books in Chinese and translated three books on leadership including <SQ> and <Quantum Leadership>.

 

Since 1998, The Beijing International MBA Program (BiMBA) has developed as a top MBA program in China.
