周忆女士在2018年3月被任命为艾菲全球董事会董事，成为是该组织迄今为止唯一入选的华人代表。自2016年起，她还加入了长江商学院(CKGSB) 和新加坡管理大学（ SMU） 联合推出的的企业家学者项目，攻读其工商管理博士学位 (DBA)。
Gill Zhou serves as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of IBM Greater China Group and is responsible for Marketing and University Relations programs across IBM GCG.
Over the past 17 years, Gill has played an instrumental role in achieving many significant milestones across IBM Greater China, including the transition of IBM to Cloud and AI as the drivers of high-value business since 2012. In January 2013, Gill was named as a member of IBM Acceleration Team (AT), a prestigious IBM global senior leadership group.
Gill has developed best practices and unique insights in many fields, including enterprise transformation, technology innovation, modern marketing, career management, and women leadership. Advertising Age granted her the first “Chinese Women to Watch” Award in 2012 in recognition of her efforts in promoting women business leadership development.
Other honors Gill has received in recognition of her achievements include Ram Charan Management Practice Award – Marketing Practice Award 2018，the Industry Icon of Kotler Marketing Excellence Award 2016, and Strongest Profile of 2017 and 2018 LinkedIn China.
Gill was appointed to the Board of Directors of Effie Worldwide, and as of today, she remains the only Chinese representative in that organization.
Since 2016, Gill has been working on her DBA degree, a joint degree between the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) and Singapore Management University (SMU).
