赵何娟女士毕业于中南大学、同济大学,是美国哥伦比亚大学新闻学院访问学者,2016 博鳌亚洲论坛“青年领袖”,中国新媒体先锋和领军人物,同时在浙江传媒学院担任硕士研究生导师。著有畅销书《天下有贼》, 揭露中国运营商和移动互联网最早期发展的十年坎坷和内幕交易。
